We are in the process of migrating the documentation from the previous EDB Postgres Distributed for Kubernetes name to the new EDB CloudNativePG Global Cluster name. You may see references to both names in this documentation.

The Postgres (operand) versions are limited to those supported by EDB Postgres Distributed (PGD).

EDB Postgres Distributed for Kubernetes releases version format
The EDB Postgres Distributed for Kubernetes (PGD4K) leverages the EDB Postgres
for Kubernetes (PG4K) operator to manage each PGD node as a PG4K Cluster.
The minor version of PGD4K is tracking a PG4K LTS release.
PGD4K has the same version support for operands as the PG4K LTS release it is
tracking.
